I am an experienced technical communication specialist, here to help our customers and my fellow Aiconauts get the most from Aico. 

We produce documentation for end-users with no specific IT knowledge, as well as more technical guides for the Administrators who need to know more about the functionality of Aico.

Together with the marketing department, I also inform customers about my products and services by writing sales copy.

I'm a native English speaker living in Helsinki, based at the Espoo office.
