About the role
As the International Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the product in the market. You will define positioning and messaging per key persona and buying stage, build enablement materials that empower the sales force, and lead product launches that drive pipeline and revenue impact. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, requiring strong strategic thinking, storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of buyer needs. Reporting to the CMO, you will ensure our products resonate clearly with the right audiences and stand out in a competitive landscape.
What you will do
Positioning, Messaging & Campaign Playbook Themes
Define differentiated, persona-specific positioning and messaging aligned to business value and customer pain points
Tailor messaging to each stage of the buying journey to improve conversion rates across the funnel. (MQL to SQO to Closed/Won)
Collaborate with the Sales & Field Marketing team to define campaign themes that align with product strategy and sales priorities
Maintain a central messaging framework to ensure consistency across teams and channels
Product Launches & GTM
Lead the planning and execution of product launches and feature GTM strategies
Coordinate with Product, Sales, CSM and BDR team to deliver launch plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption
Track the success of launches and implement post-launch improvements
Sales Enablement & Content Creation
Build and manage a library of high-impact sales enablement content, including battle cards, enterprise sales decks, product videos, one-pager sheets, and other materials that help the sales team effectively communicate value, handle objections, and close deals
Develop compelling case studies, product videos, and demo scripts that highlight customer success and showcase the product's value proposition
Create SEO-optimised web content in collaboration with the content team to support inbound demand generation
Deliver regular enablement sessions to train commercial teams on product messaging, competitive positioning, and the effective use of sales materials
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover positioning opportunities, objections, and differentiation levers
Maintain and update a competitor intelligence repository with input from sales and customers.
Share insights with key stakeholders to inform product strategy and sales readiness
Own development and refinement of buyer and user personas, based on customer interviews, feedback loops, surveys, and behavioral data
Customer Insights & Persona Development
Ensure personas are used across product, marketing, and sales to align messaging and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Tracking
Work closely with Product to influence roadmap and naming conventions.
Align with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations on content needs and campaign reporting.
Track and report performance metrics including messaging effectiveness, enablement adoption, and campaign impact
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years in product marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
Strong ability to write clear, concise, and differentiated messaging frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in building effective sales and campaign content, including enterprise decks, case studies, and SEO content.
Knowledge of video scripting and visual storytelling is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and CMS, DAM platforms.
Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and engagement.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across teams.
Data-driven mindset with creative execution.
Proficiency in Swedish language is required
