As we expand across key markets, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across three complementary brands in the finance automation and performance management space.
About the role
We are looking for a UK based Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead the group-wide talent acquisition function across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on role combining strategic ownership with day-to-day execution.
You will be responsible for the group hiring process, TA tools, careers pages, and recruitment agency partnerships, while also being actively involved in pre-boarding, onboarding, employer branding, and selected HR projects that enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Group Talent Acquisition Ownership
Own and continuously develop the group-wide hiring process across the UK and Europe
Act as the owner of the Talent Acquisition system / ATS, including configuration, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement
Own and maintain careers pages and job posting processes
Define and monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring standards at group level
Hiring & Stakeholder Partnership
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles across multiple European countries
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across the group
Recruitment Agency Management
Own and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
Select, onboard, brief, and performance-manage agencies
Negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery
Pre-boarding & Onboarding
Own and continuously improve pre-boarding and onboarding processes across the group
Coordinate contracts, documentation, and onboarding logistics with HR and local partners
Act as a key contact for new hires during their early journey
Employer Branding
Drive and support employer branding initiatives across the UK and Europe
Own recruitment-related content on the careers site and LinkedIn
Support campaigns, talent communities, and recruitment marketing initiatives
HR & People Projects
Support HR and People & Culture projects such as office events, engagement initiatives, and internal development activities
Contribute to day-to-day people operations where needed
Actively support initiatives that improve employee experience and culture
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a group or international environment
Strong experience owning end-to-end hiring processes and TA tools (ATS)
Experience hiring in the UK and across Europe
Experience working with and managing recruitment agencies
Genuine interest in HR, people operations, and employee experience
Comfortable combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured, proactive, and self-driven
What we offer
Salary: approximately £80,000 (depending on experience)
