As we expand across key markets, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead targeted, country-specific marketing programmes that drive sales growth and deepen customer engagement.
Role Summary
As the International Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing localised marketing programs that generate demand, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and Content & Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Country-Specific Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific country/regional needs.
- Align marketing activities with regional sales priorities, ensuring a pipeline-focused approach.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to leverage digital channels, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive demand.
2. Events & Webinars
- Plan, promote, and execute customer roadshows, conferences, trade shows, and roundtables.
- Organise and manage webinars with thought leaders, industry experts, and customers.
- Secure customer speakers to showcase success stories and best practices.
- Track event performance with Marketing Operations to optimise strategies.
3. PR, Content & Case Studies
- Drive regional PR and media relations to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to develop localised customer success stories and thought leadership.
- Align messaging with Product Marketing to highlight differentiators.
4. Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build a customer advocacy programme.
- Facilitate roundtables and networking sessions to deepen customer relationships.
- Drive speaking engagement participation from key customers.
5. Sales Collaboration & Enablement
- Align with regional sales leaders on revenue goals and priorities.
- Provide sales teams with localised content, battle cards, and demand insights.
- Measure and optimise the ROI of field marketing initiatives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Report campaign performance, event ROI, and engagement metrics to the CMO.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Growth Marketing to analyse data and improve efficiency.
- Align with Product Marketing and Content to ensure effective local messaging.
Requirements Summary
- Education: Bachelor's degree or CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of field marketing experience in a B2B technology environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing and the ability to analyze/report performance.
Soft Skills:
- A can-do attitude with a high degree of initiative and adaptability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across international teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
