About the Role
This role is designed for an accomplished and results-oriented HubSpot & Website Optimisation Enthusiast . The focus is on leveraging HubSpot's marketing automation and CRM capabilities to maximise customer engagement while driving website enhancements that elevate user experience, increase traffic, and improve conversions. The position requires a proactive and analytical approach to align tools, strategies, and campaigns with business goals, making a direct impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot
- Manage and optimise the HubSpot platform, including workflows, pipelines, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
- Create and manage marketing automation workflows that will drive lead generation and nurturing.
- Analyse HubSpot data to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with teams to ensure HubSpot aligns with company goals and integrates seamlessly with other tools.
Website Optimisation
- Audit and improve website performance, including but not limited to SEO, load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to increase conversion rates.
- Work with agency to optimise content for SEO to rank high on search engines.
- Work with developers and designers on implementing technical enhancements and redesigns.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics across the website and HubSpot.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on trending in website traffic, lead generation, and conversion.
- Recommend data-driven opportunities for engagement and ROI improvement.
Webinar & Content and Campaign Support
- Assist in the development of content to make sure that it follows SEO best practices.
- Manage and run campaigns, using HubSpot to drive engagement. Coordinate with stakeholders on campaign execution to ensure that all activities are aligned and that messages are consistent across channels.
- Setup, and promote webinar in LiveStorm platform
Our expectations
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing HubSpot and optimizing websites.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for website customisation
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and graphic design tools.
