IT Manager / System Administrator
to make this role your own. You will play an important part in supporting our growth and ensuring the high quality of our service.

Role overview
This is a hands-on role where you will operate our internal IT, which includes assisting our personnel in their day-to-day IT problems, managing workstations, participating in induction processes and helping our new employees with set-ups.
In this role, you will also develop and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems and strategy. We expect you to be able to plan and manage our customer environments (Aicocloud).
One of your responsibilities will be to develop, implement and maintain the company security framework, which includes procedures and policies designed to protect our systems and assets from potential threats.
The position is located in Espoo, Finland. This is a hybrid position. You will be required to come to the Espoo office two days a week. One of these days will be a mandatory team day, the other of your choice.
We appreciate
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or system administration roles. This experience should include hands-on work with IT infrastructure, systems design, and security technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
- Your expertise on some of the following: Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft SQL Servers, AD, Azure, Linux and Kubernetes/Rancher.
- Experience with or knowledge of applicable regulatory and standards frameworks (such as ISO27001, ISAE3402 / SOC2).
- Communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.
Monthly salary for this role is 5 000 - 6 500€ depending the experience and skillset.
